This Website (SmileYoga.org) is operated by HEXL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Smileyoga. We offer this Website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Hexl India Private Limited for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Website. 2. Our Service Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
By accepting these terms, you may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction or jurisdiction of Indian states; You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature otherwise We will have the full rights to take legal action against that user/person.
3. Membership Policy
- Only members of our website will get access to our live online classes. To join as an member you one need to hold a valid membership plan. OUR MEMBERSHIP PRICING.
- User will get instant access to our live classes joining links after they became a member of our website. But the live classes will only begin at it schedule time.
- We’ve resticted our live classes links only limited to our members. Sharing the links via any means to other users who is not holding a valid membership on SmileYoga.org will consider as violating our website’s terms and conditions.
- Although sharing the live classes link with non-members will not give them access to join the class, If any non-members wants to join they need to pay a single time fee of Rs: 500 per live classes to get the access.
- We have the rights to stop the membership access of any user without giving any prior notice if any type of violation happens against the active member or against our membership policy and terms & condition.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Our membership plans comes with an cancellation option which allow users to cancel there membership any time but the for cancellation no refund will be provided to users.
- If the user cancel their membership before the expiry they will lose all membership access from SmileYoga.org.
- If the member mistakenly cancelled the membership they can contact us immediately for reactivation of their membership. (Request will not be accepted after 6 hours from the cancellation date and time)
- Sharing the membership account with other users or using it on multiple devices at a single time violate our website’s terms, and for that we reserved the rights to cancel the membership without prior notice to the members.
- If any technical issue occurs from SmileYoga’s end in more than 80% of the total no of live classes, then in some cases SmileYoga can issue a partial refund to that member.
- Refund can take up to 7 working days to reflect on user’s bank account. (After it has been issued)
- Our systems are up and running perfectly, that’s why the cases of technical error is very less. If we found any technical errors on our system we’ll inform the member before 24 hours from the starting of the live class or re-schedule the class.
5. Payments
We accept debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and Paytm Wallet as a payment method for orders placed on our website. We do not accept cheques. Credit cards must clear the authorization process on order. Due to regulatory limitations/insufficient balance, you might get charged extra when you place the order. Please contact your bank for more information on your daily/monthly transaction limits.
NOTE: Smileyoga never ask you for your account password, OTP, your bank/ATM or credit card details via calls, email, and WhatsApp messages
6. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for a valid reason at any time and for violating our terms of services or privacy policies. You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the products & service until and unless you are authorized to do so.
You understand that your information like name, address, phone number etc. (not including banking or debit/credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted for delivery and marketing purposes. Smileyoga.com never collect debit/credit card or bank information. We use other authorized third party payment gateways to complete the transaction.
Account Holders
If you want to avail of our services from our website (Smileyoga.org) you have to create an account. Keep your password safe because you’re fully responsible for all activity correlated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting our Support Team. You must have reached the minimum age of consent for online services in India to use Smileyoga.org.
From that account, users can use our products & services, including purchasing our products & all other services provided by Smileyoga. When setting up and securing your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have full responsibility for your account and everything that happens with your account, including any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account.
It would be best if you did not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are fully responsible for what happens with your account. You must notify us immediately by contacting our Support Team.

Certain content of our websites is available via other website’s products or services and it may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant it.
