Yes! You can get your webinar access from your "Membership" dashboard. Also you'll receive the details via email sent to your registered email. You can use Laptop, tablet, or smartphone to join the smile yoga sessions.

Yes beginners can also join any week and continue to learn further. Our program is intended for general health awareness for all age groups and we would cover from basic to advanced lessons. As you begin to follow our instructions you would flow with us. We are available in chat while online and you can mail us anytime for further queries.

The workshop might be challenging to provide individual attention, and the online sessions make it difficult for one-on-one interaction. So, the workshop may not be practical for pregnant women.

Yes, you can attend the sessions during periods. You can skip physical practice if you experience pain and enjoy the relaxation part. 

Yes, Yoga is extremely helpful in healing knee pain and back pain. Through few particular asanas, you can retain flexibility and recover from pain. But if you have chronic ailments it is advisable to ask the doctor before joining us.
